We offer a selection of fragrances and related products from established designer, luxury and fragrance brands.

Product images are provided for illustration. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that images accurately represent the products supplied, packaging and presentation may occasionally vary.

Product descriptions, sizes, ingredients and other information are provided as accurately as possible.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you and may offer an alternative or provide a full refund for the unavailable item.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in UK pounds (£).

Prices will include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and product information at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.

After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We do not store your complete payment card details.

Where available, tracking information may be provided once your order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather, strikes or other delivery disruptions.

8. Cancellation and Returns

Under UK consumer law, you generally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

Returned products must be in an appropriate condition and, where applicable, unopened and unused.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain fragrance and cosmetic products may not be eligible for return once their seal has been broken or the product has been opened.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aurique.co.uk.

We may ask for photographs or other information to help us investigate the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Only one promotional code may be used per order.
