RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Last updated:12-08-2026
At AURIQUE, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights when purchasing products from our website and the process for returning items to us.
This policy applies to purchases made from AURIQUE, operated by ISAR89 LIMITED.
1. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects or limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
When you purchase goods online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
You also have separate legal rights if goods are faulty, not as described or do not meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Cancelling an Online Order
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason.
The cancellation period normally ends 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods.
If your order contains multiple products delivered separately, the cancellation period generally runs from the day after you receive the final product.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly notify us of your decision before the cancellation period expires.
You can contact us at:
You do not have to use a particular cancellation form, provided your communication clearly states that you wish to cancel your order.
3. Returning Cancelled Goods
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and generally no later than 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation.
The goods should be returned in a condition that allows us to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Customers may be responsible for any reduction in the value of goods resulting from handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining the product.
4. Fragrances and Sealed Products
Many of our fragrance products are supplied sealed for hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons.
Where a fragrance or other product falls within the legal exception for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, the statutory cancellation right may be lost once the seal has been broken.
Where you are considering cancelling an order, we therefore strongly recommend that you do not open, spray, use or remove the original seal from the product.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
5. Faulty Products
If a product is faulty, defective, not as described or does not conform to the contract, you may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
These rights are separate from the 14-day cancellation period for online purchases.
Where applicable, consumers have a short-term right to reject faulty goods and receive a refund. This right generally applies for 30 days from delivery, although the precise circumstances can affect how the rights operate.
After the short-term rejection period, you may have rights to a repair or replacement, and further remedies may apply where a repair or replacement is unsuccessful or cannot reasonably be provided.
We cannot require you to report a fault within 7 days in order to preserve your statutory rights.
However, we ask that you contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can resolve the issue quickly.
6. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you believe your product is faulty or was damaged before or during delivery, please contact:
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Your name
- Details of the problem
- Photographs of the product and packaging where appropriate
We may request photographs or other reasonable information to help us assess the issue.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide the appropriate remedy required by law.
7. Incorrect Products
If we have sent you an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please do not open or use the incorrect product.
We will arrange the appropriate resolution, which may include providing the correct product or issuing a refund.
8. Refunds
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the payments we are legally required to refund.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method has been agreed.
Where required by law, refunds will be made within 14 days of:
- receiving the returned goods; or
- receiving evidence that the goods have been returned,
whichever occurs first, subject to the applicable legal requirements.
9. Delivery Charges on Cancellation
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the standard delivery charge applicable to the original order.
If you selected a more expensive delivery service than the standard delivery option we offered, we are not required to refund the additional cost.
10. Return Postage
Where you cancel an order under your statutory cancellation rights, you will generally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless:
- we have agreed to pay the return costs; or
- the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise require us to bear the cost under your statutory rights.
11. Returns Address
We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address when you contact us about a return.
Please do not send products back without first contacting us.
12. Proof of Purchase
We may request your order number, order confirmation or other reasonable proof of purchase when processing a return.
